Painted wooden Visiting card holder

A simple handcrafted piece that holds & stacks all visiting cards. The soft colors gel well with the work station setting, while a few glittering stones add some more class.
Painted and embossed woodwork is an art form practiced in Rajasthan. Painting is first done on a clean wooden object. Fine motifs are then created with contrasting colors using cones to create an impression of relief and depression ( embossing) on the medium. Regular dusting of the object is advised.
